Every job starts with a look at the problem and a written quote. You approve the number before any work is scheduled, and the invoice matches the quote. If something changes once a wall is open, you hear about it before we go further.

Do you charge a trip fee?
You'll know what the visit costs before it's booked. The repair itself is quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
Where do you work?
Denver and the surrounding metro: Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Littleton, Westminster, Englewood, Thornton and the cities in between. If it's a reasonable drive from Denver, call.
Can I book online?
Yes. Pick a time on the booking page and you'll get a text confirmation, then another text when we're on the way. Calls and texts to (720) 430-5366 work too.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, wherever the city requires one. Water heater replacements and remodel plumbing are permitted and inspected, and the permit is part of the quoted price.
Do you do emergency calls?
Active leaks get priority on the schedule. If water is running where it shouldn't, shut off the main and call rather than filling out the form.
